AJ had a long, wonderful visit from his grandma Kay. She came to our house for a week, took AJ back to Kansas for a week, then came back for one more week to stay with us. AJ was so thrilled to have three straight weeks to play with grandma Kay. While in KS, AJ enjoyed lots of play time with his cousin Kayleigh and some baby kittens at grandma Kay's house. AJ tried to talk mom and dad into bringing a favorite of the kittens home, but we quickly nixed that idea. I discovered that a week apart from AJ was much harder on me than it was on him.
